Order Processing Times

Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times, such as Black Friday and Christmas, order processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Production Times

All products are made especially for you, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Please refer to the individual product for production times as these times vary based on the product and supplier. 

Shipping Times

• Orders shipped within the United States will typically be delivered in 7-10 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description .
• Orders shipped from some third party vendors can take up to 21 business days. (Please be aware that some products may require a longer shipping time. These items will be noted on the individual product page.)

Shipping Costs

• All orders shipped with in the US are shipped free of charge
• Shipping on orders outside the US are based on actual shipping costs from the manufacturer and will vary based on shipping location and final destination.
